The grapes are carefully destemmed and softly crushed. The must ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, a small quantity (30%) in wooden barrels.
aging
After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees for five months.

Brilliant light yellow with some green reflections.

White peach, fresh pineapple, green apple, nettle and sorrel.
palate
Well balanced on the palate with soft acidity, lovely sweetness and long citrus aftertaste.
