A blend of Xarel·lo 40%, Chardonnay 25%, Macabeo 20% and Parellada 15%.
vinification
The bottles are kept in the cave at least 15 months at a temperature between 54ºF and 60ºF. The contact of the base wine with the yeast during this time gives the cava a unique personality and the category of Reserva. Once the cava is free of the yeast responsible for the second fermentation, we add a special expedition liqueur containing less than 15gr/l sugar, since it is a Brut. This liqueur is comprised of 50% Garnacha Blanca & 50% Xarel.lo instead of the three typical grape varieties for Cava, Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parella and is aged in oak “Allier” barrels, under the winemaker’s careful watch. Then the bottle is closed with a natural cork.

Notes of green apple and citrus on the nose.

Dry, well balanced with an elegant finish of toasted bread and dried fruit.
